She has consulted with school districts, state agencies, certification programs, and professional preparation institutions across the U.S., with a focus on evidence-based instruction and performance-aligned assessment.

Jessica earned her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from North Carolina State University, where she studied intensive intervention design and systems-level supports for student success. Her academic work includes dozens of peer-reviewed publications and technical reports on instructional fidelity, learner outcomes, and the integration of behavioral science into program design.

She is the co-author of the Scales for Assessing Emotional Disturbance (3rd ed.) and an active contributor to initiatives that improve educator preparation, particularly in fields with high professional and ethical demands. Jessica is also Head of Research at WolfBridge Wealth, where she explores decision-making in complex human systems.

At Durable Mastery, Jessica partners with clients to translate complex learning demands into clear, teachable practices that lead to better outcomes for learners—and greater confidence for instructors.
